After Argentina won the World Cup, Luis SUAREZ went to his best friend Lionel Messi’s house for Christmas.
Adoring supporters greeted Messi like a hero when he returned to Rosario, the city where he grew up.
After being met with wild scenes upon his return, he is said to be spending Christmas holed up in his house.
Additionally, ESPN reports that Suarez will celebrate Christmas with the Messi family.
The 35-year-old was seen arriving in Argentina today with one of his sons to join Messi in celebrating the World Cup victory.
Then, Suarez was seen on camera reaching Messi’s home in footage that was shared on Twitter.
Suarez flew in from Montevideo, the capital of Uruguay, and landed in Rosario shortly before 1pm local time on a private plane.
Mundo Deportivo claims that his wife, Sofia Balbi, and their two other kids were also present.
While Messi and Suarez were teammates at Barcelona, the two families became close.
They were closest friends off the field in addition to having tremendous success on it.
