Little Jare Ijalana gained fame, particularly on social media, when photographer Mofe Bamuyiwa, a fellow countryman renowned for wedding photography, shared a series of photos of the girl on his official Instagram page.
Jare’s initial photo was posted and has already garnered over 43,000 likes and more than 1,200 comments. In total, there are five portraits of the young model that have already been viewed and admired by over 110,000 users on Instagram.
To gauge the success of the Nigerian girl, the number of internet users who engaged with her photos far surpasses the number of followers on the photographer’s page, which is followed by just over 80,000 people.
Furthermore, Brazilian actors Giovanna Ewbank, Taís Araújo, Lázaro Ramos, and Cris Vianna also expressed their support and admiration for the girl’s beauty.
In the caption of the first published image, the photographer expresses his delight with the outcome of his work.
“I am very excited about this new style of child portraits. It was a bold step because I wanted to capture a middle ground between childhood and adulthood, creating timeless photos,” says the professional. He points out that Jare Ijalana poses with a serious expression, reminiscent of professional models.
