German tuner DMC has reimagined the Lamborghini Aventador successor with 3D render images and it’s giving us a lot to talk about.
It’s called the ‘Revuelto’, and there’s a lot going on in terms of its design.

Let’s start with the name because Lamborghini has indeed registered and copyrighted the name ‘Revuelto’.
Having said that, we don’t actually know what kind of vehicle they’ll use it for.
Or when.

The name brings up memories of the Reventón, a mid-engined spin-off supercar based on the Murciélago that Lamborghini unveiled in 2007.
Like most Lambos, it was named after a fighting bull.
Even though, ironically, the word ‘reventón’ has many meanings in Spanish, including ‘flat tire’.
But that’s where the similarities end because the Revuelto looks nothing like the Reventón.

At the front, it is basically a carbon copy of the Sián FKP 37, Lambo’s first production hybrid.
It features large air intakes, a race car-style front splitter and an equally aggressive diffuser.
The pointy hood and the iconic Y-shaped headlamps complete the look.
At the back, we find four exhaust tailpipes, horizontal LEDs and a double-bubble rear deck-lid.

Lamborghini unveiled the Aventador in 2011 as a successor to the Murciélago and production was discontinued earlier this year.
To this date, we still don’t know what Lamborghini will replace it with.
We’ve already seen a variety of models based on the Aventador, including the aforementioned Sián FKP 37 and the Countach LPI 800-4.
There’s still hope, though.
Earlier in the Summer, a Lambo prototype was spotted testing in the UK.
According to rumors, it should be unveiled next year and it is probably going to use a brand-new plug-in hybrid V12 powertrain.
