Specifically, Lionel Messi’s company Edificio Rostower Socimi officially IPO as a real estate investment fund (REIT) on the Portfolio Stock Exchange – a small, online-only exchange that will launch in 2023. The REIT share price was set at $59 (about 57.40 euros).
