The nearly 4-minute clip, posted on Youtube by the Streetcap1 account, recorded a strange phenomenon that happened on December 5. In the clip, the mysterious cigar-shaped object emitted a brilliant red and blue light before disappearing, leaving no trace.

“This is a UFO near the ISS. It ended up disappearing without a trace. You can see some flashes of light near it… I posted a clip like the broadcast for many to see. get it,” Streetcap1 wrote.

Many viewers have shared their opinions on the clip as well as conjecture what the UFO really is. Some conspiracy theorists believe that this could be an alien spacecraft approaching the human international space station.

Scott C Waring, editor of UFO Sightings Daily, asserts: “This is evidence of a solid object and its shadow is caused by the sun’s rays.” Mr. Waring believes that either extraterrestrial beings are being invited to visit NASA spacecraft or are examining the thoughts of our astronauts.

Meanwhile, according to the company Earth Inc., the mysterious UFO may just be the product of an illusion, due to the poor quality of the live broadcast.

NASA has not yet commented on this incident.
