It is a symbol of friendship, peace, culture and diplomacy between Vietnam, India and other countries.
The Kinh Luan stupa is located in Tu Tra, in the province of Lâm Dông (Central Highlands).
Called “Drigung Kagyu Rinchen Khorchen Khorwe Go Gek”, its name means “prayer wheel helping to free all sentient beings from the sufferings of samsara”, if they pray with determination and practice it correctly.
Located in the spiritual tourist area of Samten Hills Dalat, the tower, made of pure copper and inlaid with 24-karat gold on the outside, weighs 200 tons and measures 37.22 m in height, with a diameter of 16.53 m. .
During the ceremony, the guests observed the first rotation of the prayer wheel which contains more than one billion mantras of the Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva.
This event contributed to promoting the image of the Buddhist Stupa in the Vajrayana Buddhist spiritual cultural complex in Samten Hills Dalat, thus helping to present the image of Lam Dong province in particular and that of Vietnam to the world.
On this occasion, the Viet Nam Red Cross presented a commendation to Venerable Drubwang Sonam Jorel Rinpoche for his contributions to the community, especially to Vietnamese children in recent years, which has contributed to the strengthening of friendship and cultural exchanges between the two countries.
